Our 4,200 sq ft facility is divided up into two sections. In our 2,800 sq ft side we can occupy up to 128 people round table setting and about 175 theater style. "Week-day" pricing (Mon-Thur) starts at $100* per hour. On our 1,400 sq ft side we can occupy up to 50 people round table setting. Theater style seating can accommodate 75 people and "week-day" (Mon-Thur) pricing starts at $65* per hour. Call for Friday-Sunday pricing. Any event after 11 PM is an additional $25 per hour.
The facility offers a built out stage, prep kitchen, dressing room, cocktail/pub tables, round/rectangle tables, TVs and a DJ booth. We also have a Bluetooth speaker system w/microphone, mobile bar, up-lighting, red carpet/stanchions and ropes, pipe and drape, centerpieces, various props/decor, and foyers with lounge furniture that are not included in room rental, but may be conveniently added to any hall rental package.
One or both rooms can be rented together. Since each event requirement is different please call for customized pricing.
Bookings taking place within 30 days must be paid in full and completely non-refundable. Bookings that are two months out require a 50% down non-refundable deposit and the balance must be paid off 10 days before the event. Bookings 3 or more months out require a 25% down non-refundable deposit and a monthly payment schedule will be in place with the final payment due 10 days before the event.
All Bookings are required to pay a $150 REFUNDABLE cleaning/incidental due on the day of your event upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded as long as the place is left how you found it. All spills must be swept or mopped up and trash must taken out the back of the building. All food items and decor not belonging to the venue must be removed also.
